![]() Resouce_uri is obviously your samba share. The file goes like this (tab-delimited): resource_uri, mount_point, fs_type, mount_options, dump, fsck. Do not modify them, they are for mounting your root and boot partitions! On that note, it's worth backing up fstab before proceeding. When you open it, you should already see two lines in there. So, quit EmulationStation to terminal and do: Using this is better than modifying autostart.sh, es_systems.cfg, etc, because there's a chance those might get overwritten by a future RetroPie update (and also fstab is one of the canonical Linux methods of mounting paths at boot). This file is loaded by a systemd service at boot, and mounts each line accordingly. There is no GUI tool I know of, but you simply need to edit /etc/fstab. q quits, q! force quits, wq writes and quits. For vim, u enter command mode by pressing :, entering a command, and pressing Enter. Ctrl+x exits nano and I think this is what all the RetroPie tools use. The two defacto tools for text editing in Linux are nano and vim. ![]() You can change these with raspi-config, and you absolutely should if you're using wifi because you will need to set a wifi country to broadcast on the proper frequencies for your locale. ![]() The reason your keyboard prints an instead of a '"' is because the Raspberry Pi and RetroPie are both developed in the UK, and so come with UK localization settings like the keyboard layout.
